What do people think about the law about women at the university in Turkey not being able to wear the head scarf or the French law against headscarves in public schools?

I am looking for a video connection with a group of students age 12-13-My students are studying China in March and April. We could set up a set of questions beforehand-I could do it at night because of the time difference. Topics could include cultural interests as well as viewpoints on big issues like global warming.
